Bizfone is our own Small Business serving the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Northern Rivers and up to Brisbane. We work closely with Bizfone Head Office. Bizfone is a National Business Partner of Vodafone Australia focusing on SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) customers. Bizfone has indentified a consultative approach, converged products, best practice internal support and managed services to create the paradigm shift. The value of trusted personal and business relationship networks to build critical business partnerships has never left the market but has certainly been overlooked; now Bizfone brings it back.

Fantastic service, personal support AND a competitive price. We believe our customers understand the cheapest price is not always the best, but for the risk takers out there we are happy to support them to go in that direction if they wish. We’d prefer to take the risk out of it for you though. And should a customer choose the riskier “cheapest only” option and find it doesn’t deliver what they wished, we will happily be there to welcome them as Bizfone customers.
2.When something goes wrong, we will work on it until it’s fixed.
We are passionate about the mobile phone industry. The fantastic ride of technology, pushing boundaries with more new products than almost any other industry. But, like everything that goes fast it sometimes breaks down. What matters then is how you get back on the road. Nothing is fail proof but when it comes to sorting things out, we are rock solid.
